Wrinkle Fighting Salad

We love to keep you looking great, so we had to share this awesome find.  Looking for a great way to start the day with a boost of antioxidants? 

1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 cup fresh strawberries
1 kiwi, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
1/2 cup organic orange juice
1 handful of chopped walnuts

Mix the fruit in a bowl, pour in the orange juice and sprinkle walnuts on top!  A delicious way to make your food work for you.

KALE ... that's right I said it!

So Kale is the hot new diet food and we have been looking for great ways to eat it.  It's full of vitamin C and rich in antioxidants, so you know it'll keep you beautiful.  So we introduce KALE CHIPS!  These are dee-lish! 

Preheat oven to 350
Wash Kale and trim to bite size pieces
Drizzle with Olive Oil, Sea Salt & Cracked Peppercorn
Bake 10 Minutes or until edges are browning

EAT UP!
